Diana Vanstone Art’s online shopping and checkout platform utilises software and service from Woo Commerce. In the processing of purchase transactions some user data including purchasers name, billing and shipping information and payment information will be shared with Woo Commerce in order to complete the transaction. Diana Vanstone Art’s email provider is Gmail.com. Diana Vanstone Art’s website hosting platform will collect, store, and transmit to Diana Vanstone Art’s email, contact data provided by the user through online contact forms initiated by the user.  The hosting platform also collects data to provide Diana Vanstone Art with aggregated usage statistic regarding user visits to the dianavanstone.art website.  

MailChimp

Diana Vanstone Art utilises the services of MailChimp to collect and manage its electronic mailing list.  Mailchimp’s services allows us to centralise the management of email address supplied to us by our users.  Users have full control over how long their email address is stored and used for promotional use by Diana Vanstone Art. Diana Vanstone Art collects your data so that we can:

For the fulfilment of art print orders placed on Diana Vanstone Art. your name, telephone, and shipping address data will need to be shared with our print reproduction partner Point101. How do we store your data?

Diana Vanstone Art does not presently store any customer data on our servers, desktops, or other electronic or non electronic media (ie. paper records).  Data relating to contact name, and email address obtained through user initiated feedback forms is stored either by our website hosting provider. Electronic correspondence with Diana Vanstone Art is sent to / from our Gmail email account.  

Diana Vanstone Art will keep your contact data as obtain through electronic correspondence for a period of 18 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by way permanent deletion of email correspondence that contain your contact data within it.

Marketing

Diana Vanstone Art may like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.  If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
