Refund and Returns Policy


At Diana Vanstone Art, we hope that you will love your purchase from the moment it arrives, and for years after.  That said, we do want to offer the peace of mind that should you have a change of heart after receiving your purchase that it can be returned for a refund or exchange.  In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must do the following:

  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase through the Buyers Questions form to request your refund.  
  • Return your purchase to us in a good and re-sellable condition.  We recommend using the same packaging your purchase arrived in.
  • Ship your purchase back to Diana Vanstone Art using a recognised shipping agent, and using Signed, and Tracked services
  • Provide us the tracking number for the return shipment once you have posted it using the Buyers Questions form.
  • Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser returning the product, and will not be refunded.
  • Please do not return product to our print reproduction provider even when your shipment likely came from them.

Diana Vanstone Art reserves the right to refuse processing your refund if the product is not returned in a re-sellable condition, or if the return shipment is not initiated (and the tracking details returned to us) within 2 weeks of you requesting your refund.  Upon acceptance of your returned purchase by Diana Vanstone Art, please allow unto 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged shipments

While all of our shipments are dispatched in sturdy packaging to protect your purchase in transit, accident still do happen.  If you receive your purchase, and it is damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt using the Buyers Questions form to report the damage.  ​When you sign for your package, if it is noticeable damaged, please sign “DAMAGED” in the signature space with your own signature.  Additionally, please take photos of your damaged product and packaging to send to us.  We will respond to you directly and talk you through what to do next.  ​

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first

  • check your bank account again.
  • then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
  • next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, first contact us via our Buyers Questions form quoting “returns and refunds” to seek approval. If your exchange is approved, please send your item using a recognised shipping agent, using Signed and Tracked service to: 4 – 143 Seven Sisters Road, London, United Kingdom, N7 7QE. Once shipped please contact us with the tracking information through our Buyers Questions form.

Per the above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
